Use stages as workflow columns, such as Ideas, Recording, Editing, and Published.
- Click + Stage to add a new workflow column.
- Click + Card to add a content task to a stage.
- Drag cards between stages as your work moves forward.
- If you are on mobile use edit to move the card to other stages instead.
- Drag stage titles to reorder the board.
- Use Edit, Delete, Rename, and Remove to manage cards and stages.
- Premium users can use Theme to change colours, background image, and opacity settings.
Free boards save only in this browser. The free version requires persistent browser storage so your cards do not disappear. If your browser asks for storage permission, allow it.
If storage was accidentally denied, open this site's browser settings and allow storage/site data, then reload the page. Clearing browser data can remove free-version cards from that device.
Premium boards save to your cloud account after sign in and can load on other devices.
Click Projects to open, switch, or create projects. Each project has its own kanban board.
Click the current project name on the left side of the board controls to rename it.
You can access account management with the account button.
If you had issues with deleting your set password email or had issues getting it, you can use the reset password feature.
